Antique Communion Medal with Pearls

So delicate!  This antique medal is engraved on the back 1907 to Ms. C.  The country of origin is- Masstricht, Netherlands.  The medal is silver and marked on its bail and depicts the figure of Jesus with child.  I believe it to be a communion medal.   It is 1.25" in length  and .75" in width.  I have hand knotted it using 5mm white freshwater pearls.  Necklace is 18" in length and finished with a sterling spring ring closure.
