Jesus with The Cross

This medal, 1.25" in diameter, is dated 1895 and depicts Jesus with The Cross, Mary and Joseph.  It is bronze and silver colored.  At back it is written in Spanish - Recuardo de la Inauguracion del Altar Mayor de la Iglesia del SS. Redentor de las - Hermanas de la Visitacion.    I have hand knotted this piece using copper colored 6mm pearls.  Necklace is 17.5" in length and finished with a gold vermeil toggle.
