Creative Blessings Come in Tiny Packages

What a treat it has been to spend the last 21 years of my life creating.  Whether working on a vignette, combining ingredients to create a new dessert, or playing in the beads to construct a necklace, the  satisfaction that accompanies the completion of any creative endeavor is gratifying.

It gives me great joy to be in the company of others who enmesh themselves in  creative endeavor.  Take for example this precious little one who came to tea before attending a local play.  Thank goodness for her  mother.  In just one life experience, she taught her little girl to live in beauty, to play through life, and to live for art!!!  Didn't she make a pretty little mermaid!

One never knows where or when creative genius will slip into the day.  I was traveling down a country road and stopped to take these pictures.  Seems a former film producer from  New York had found retirement bliss in the mountains of Northern Georgia and was creating movie sets in the middle of nowhere . . . just for fun, just to bring a smile to weary travelers.

May we please have more pink pumps?
